Owners Roberto & Caryn Rinaldini spent 12 years living in one of the Italy’s most important wine regions, Chianti, learning to appreciate wine through all its phases of development: cultivation, harvesting, aging, and tasting. A former accountant, Roberto is a Cordon Bleu-trained chef, while Caryn brings to Rinaldini Distribution, Inc. 10 years of experience in the import/export business in Italy.
As the Rindalinis have relocated from Roberto’s native Italy and returned to Caryn’s homeland, California, they are proud to bring with them Enomatic Wine Serving System™. Already in widespread use in Italy, Germany, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, West Coast restaurants, wine bars, tasting rooms, hotels, and other hospitality businesses can now optimize wine management with this innovative technology.
